WHAT can be returned/exchanged?
All the products, except perishable items, paintings and products that have “NO RETURN POLICY” mentioned in the description, can be returned/exchanged.
WHEN do items need to be returned/exchanged by?
The product may be returned/exchanged within 7 days after it is received by the customer. Product must be unused, undamaged and unopened with the tags/seal still on it in the original condition. Products which do not meet the above criteria will NOT be returned/exchanged.

WHO will pay shipping cost for returns/exchange?
All shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
HOW will the refund of payment be made?
Refund will be made to the Mobile Financial Services (Easypaisa, Mobicash, Omni etc.) or to the bank account provided by the customer. Customer will bear any transaction charges that apply.
What will happen if customer receives damaged/faulty product?
In case customer receives a damaged/faulty product he/she should immediately contact 0306-7777011 for exchange.
